💡 While You Wait — Things To Try First

📶 The WiFi isn't working+
Turn the router off (the box with the blinking lights). Wait 30 seconds — count slowly. Turn it back on. Wait 2 minutes. Do not skip the 2 minutes. It needs to think.
🔊 The Sonos isn't working+
First check the WiFi is working (see above). If WiFi is fine: unplug the Sonos speaker from the wall, wait 10 seconds, plug it back in. Open the Sonos app and wait a minute for it to reappear.
🔔 The Ring doorbell is doing something+
Check the WiFi first — Ring needs a good connection. If the light on the doorbell is flashing, open the Ring app and it will usually tell you what's wrong. If it's completely dead, it may just need charging.
📧 I got a scary email about money / my account+
Do not click anything in it. Do not call any number in it. Do not reply to it. Just submit a ticket above and Jamie will look at it. Almost certainly a scam.
